This is another recipe from The Costco Connection from December 2007.
10 minutes to make. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound ready-to-cook haricots verts
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Place haricots verts (French green beans) in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain, if necessary. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over haricots verts and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately with shaved Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
